Light weight concrete deck

The underside of a completed lightweight concrete deck. The framing and subfloor were in need of dry rot repair. The water damage was caused by the improper installation of the waterproof membrane.

palm nailer

This palm nailer came in handy when nailer between ceiling and floor joists. Another tool a contractor can use around the house.
